Today, Milton Augusto da Silva Junior proudly holds the title of partner at Latitudes Brazilian Coffees, where he leads the company's commercial and logistics back office. His passion for coffee and extensive knowledge in the industry continue to be the driving forces behind his success. He firmly believes that each cup of coffee carries a unique story, and his mission is to share these special narratives with the world.

Milton Augusto da Silva Junior, after a 17-year journey at Ipanema Coffees, where he honed his skills and developed a deep knowledge of the coffee market. His talent and dedication did not go unnoticed, and Milton received an invitation from Edgard Bressani to join the O'Coffee team. Over the course of four years, he led the commercial and logistics departments, further expanding his experience and expertise in the coffee industry. Following his path of success, another invitation from Edgard led him to a new project, where he served as a logistics/commercial supervisor for five years, playing a vital role in the company's management and growth.
